Activity & Passivity

If we always think what we have always thought, always feel what we have always felt, and always do what we have always done, we will always get what we have always gotten – unless an external agent of change enters the scene and interferes. This may be time, place, circumstance, or another person. Unfortunately, many folks prefer to adopt such modus operandi, waiting in hope that external agents of change will appear and make everything right. The origins of such habits are deep and long-standing, but let's not digress from the main point. Don't get us wrong – we love it when things work themselves out without us having to do anything! It's a wonderful feeling! But such instances don't happen often enough, leading one to wonder, “What do I do the rest of the time?”

Engage with your truth.
