Costs
I am an approved provider for members of Blue Cross/Blue Shield, Cigna, Meridian, and UnitedHealthcare/Optum. Other forms of payment I can accept are cash, check, FSA, or credit cards.
Payment is due at the time of service. Prior to beginning treatment, I will be happy to verify your health insurance coverage at no additional cost. Some plans allow their members to use out-of-network providers and offer partial reimbursement. If this is the case with you, please check with your insurance plan for their requirements. You may first need to receive a pre-authorization approval from you Primary Care Provider, which usually takes a few days. Pre-authorization would most likely not be needed if I am in-network with your insurance plan.
